A few years ago, our initial attempt at launching a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program with another company fell short. As newcomers to the concept, we recognized the need to better support patients struggling with conditions like hypertension (HTN) and congestive heart failure (CHF). However, the partnership faced challenges from the start and ultimately failed due to various issues.
